All virtual and physical gift cards are redeemable across all USHG restaurants.

Can I buy gift cards in bulk?
We offer bulk gift cards through our corporate gifting store. Businesses and organizations that want to order USHG gift cards in bulk need a bulk gift card account and must have an EIN number to be eligible. Click here to register for a corporate gifting account and purchase.
What if I can’t locate my electronic gift card?
Please check your inbox for an e-mail for your electronic gift card from ‘do-not-reply@wgiftcard.com’. Sometimes they land in junk or clutter. If you still can’t find your card, please e-mail giftcards@ushg.com and we’ll get back to you within 2 business days.
How do I receive a gift card that I ordered online?
Electronic gift cards are available for purchase online and will be delivered via e-mail. If you do not receive an e-mail within 12 hours, please e-mail giftcards@ushg.com with your order number. Physical gift cards can be purchased onsite at any of USHG’s restaurants that are currently in operation or through our website by clicking the buttons above.
What are the delivery options?
Gift cards are available in electronic and physical formats. You can order an electronic gift card to be delivered by email here or order a physical gift card to be mailed to your recipient here.
Will I receive my physical gift card by December 25th?
Please allow 2 - 3 business days for order processing prior to shipment. Due to increased volumes, we are anticipating longer delivery times this holiday season. Please allow an additional 1 - 2 business days for orders placed during December.
To receive your order by 12/25, we recommend placing your order by:
12/8 with USPS Regular
12/17 with FedEx 2 Day
Can I purchase a USHG gift card using an International credit card outside the US?
We accept international credit cards on our website.
Do gift cards expire?
USHG gift cards do not expire, but New York State considers any gift card with zero activity 5 years after purchase as Unclaimed Property. To comply with the law, we’re required to remit these funds to New York State. For additional information regarding unclaimed property, please visit the New York State Comptroller’s website. If your gift card is showing a zero balance or you’ll soon have 5 years with zero activity, please e-mail giftcards@ushg.com and we’ll be in touch within 2 business days.
Are physical gift cards available in braille?
Yes, we offer braille gift cards in $50 and $100 values through our online gift card portal. Click here to purchase.
Legal Terms
Funds associated with this card may be used for dining at any restaurant in the Union Square Hospitality Group, do not expire and cannot be redeemed for cash (except where required by law). Union Square Hospitality Group complies with state laws regarding unclaimed property. Money from unused gift cards issued by companies organized in New York is escheated to the State Comptroller’s office as abandoned property after five years of dormancy.
