Front of House Supervisor at Daily Provisions and Line Cook at Marta 

Nelson joined the USHG family and a few months later, his brother Adrian joined, too. Both Barbosa brothers have filled a number of positions at a variety of businesses, including opening the second Union Square Cafe in 2016 (Adrian) and opening Manhatta in 2018 (Nelson). Adrian and Nelson are both grateful that USHG has allowed them to grow and learn within the company.
