Congratulations to Abe Monzon and Diana Getchius for being named as two of Crain’s Notable HR Leaders of 2022. Following a 90% staff reduction in 2020, Abe and Diana worked tirelessly to help the company return to 2019 staffing levels in 18 months, all while recruiting new talent, supporting new hires, revamping our training programs, working to improve benefit offerings, pushing USHG to be a better company, and extending Enlightened Hospitality. We are so thankful for their innovative work and transformative leadership over the past few years.
