Suzanne Cupps, who was the opening Chef de Cuisine at Untitled and an alum of Gramercy Tavern and Annisa, has taken the helm as the new Executive Chef at Untitled, and has introduced a fresh menu of contemporary American cooking with local, seasonal ingredients and subtle global influence from Southeast Asia to the American South..
