LONG ISLAND CITY — Last night a bevy of big name chefs — including Amanda Cohen, Brooks Headley, Wylie Dufresne, and Dominique Ansel — cooked at a spring benefit dinner for the future Museum of Food and Drink (more pictures below). Founded by Dave Arnold, the museum could become a brick and mortar reality by 2019. In the meantime the MOFAD group is planning an exhibit all about the world of cereal, complete with Arnold’s puffing gun. Highlights from the dinner included a TV dinner from Michael Anthony, Brooks Headley’s veggie burger (making the rounds on the events circuit this week), a spirited rant from Dave Arnold on the necessity of this museum, and the requisite Questlove sighting.

It’s not a food party in 2014 without Questlove.
