Isola Trattoria & Crudo Bar at Mondrian SoHo (pictured) has two specials running right now to honor the season. Chef Victor LaPlaca has created a white truffle pizza with caramelized onions, fontina cheese and rosemary crust ($50), as well as a ravioli dish with potato fonduta and shaved white truffles ($40). At his West Village restaurant Piora, Chris Cipollone will offer shaved truffles on his newest pasta. The tortellini with red kuri squash, porcini and parmesan will be available with a $45 truffle supplement. (212-960-3801)
 
Maialino is tempting diners by topping off any pasta with white truffles for a $50-60 charge (depending on market price). The West Village restaurant is also highlighting two pastas as off-menu specials – a potato gnocchi with butter and truffles, and an egg yolk raviolo with ricotta and shaved white truffles (both $65). Scarpetta unveils a mascarpone agnolotti with preserved truffles and freshly shaved white truffles for $95. Scott Conant’s Italian Meatpacking spot also offers five grams of white truffles on any dish for $75 extra (pricing is market-value and subject to change). (212-691-0555)
 
At B&B, chef Josh Capon prepares an over-the-top burger layered with (yes) shaved white truffles, robiola cheese and truffle aioli ($56). Truffles can also be added to items like the steak tartare, raviolo with a soft egg, spinach and ricotta, and housemade gnocchi with mushrooms, grilled corn and gorgonzola. (

Finally, Craft chef James Tracey offers white truffles with orecchiette or with risotto (each $95) in his Flatiron digs. He’ll also be adding the delicacy to rotating specials such as polenta with fontina, coddled egg and a confit of duck gizzards. (212-780-0880)
