J. Kristofer Galashan

Kris joined Leonard Green & Partners, L.P. (“LGP”) as an associate in 2002. Prior to joining LGP, he had been in the Investment Banking Division of Credit Suisse First Boston (formerly DLJ) in their Los Angeles office. Kris presently serves on the Board of Directors of BJ’s Wholesale Club, The Container Store, Life Time Fitness, Mister Car Wash, Pure Gym, Troon Golf, and Union Square Hospitality Group. His previous board positions include Claim Jumper, Communications & Power Industries, David’s Bridal, and Tourneau. In addition, Kris is actively involved with Shake Shack. Kris was previously involved with LGP’s investments in Activision, Equinox/SoulCycle, FTD Group, and Pure International. Kris earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Honors Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.
