Jonathan Sokoloff

Board Member

Jonathan Sokoloff is Managing Partner of Leonard Green & Partners (“LGP”), which he joined in 1990. LGP is a leading private equity investment firm based in Los Angeles with more than $40 billion of committed capital. Previously, Jon was a Managing Director in corporate finance at Drexel Burnham Lambert.

Jon presently serves on the Board of Directors of Advantage Solutions, The Container Store, Jetro Cash & Carry, JOANN Stores, Shake Shack, and Union Square Hospitality Group. He has previously served on the Board of Whole Foods Market, among many other companies.

Jon serves as trustee of Williams College and the Los Angeles County Museum of Art. He is also a board member of the Melanoma Research Alliance. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Williams College.
